We hope you are completely satisfied with your products, but if you do need to return them, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to make a return. Please note to receive a full refund, items must be in new condition, cannot be worn/used, all original tags must be attached to the product and product packaging must be in the same condition you received the product in.
The return process differs depending on your location, so please follow the relevant instructions below.
How To Return:
- Visit our dedicated returns site to complete your return: RETURN PORTAL
- You will receive an email confirmation from us that will include your packing slip
- Either print this label and attach it to your package, or simply write the RA number (return authorization) on the outside of your package
- Depending on your location, please ship to the appropriate returns address listed below
- We do not cover the cost of postage. Keep proof of postage.(Due to COVID 19, we are seeing delays in shipping times so please note that the returns process will not begin until the shipment arrives at our warehouse)
- You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which can take up to 2 weeks after you drop off the return with your preferred carrier.
Canadian Customers: please provide us with your tracking number for your return so we can credit you as soon as we receive your product. Otherwise, you may experience considerable delays in receiving your credit.

Use the shipping method of your choice when returning items to us. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier. Keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds are credited to the Paypal account.

If we have delivered the wrong item to you, we will provide a call tag. Please contact us before proceeding with the return.
