Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your products, but if you do need to return them, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to make a return. We do not cover the return shipping cost. Please note to receive a full refund, items must be in new condition, cannot be worn/used, all original tags must be attached to the product and product packaging must be in the same condition you received the product in.

How To Return:

  • US Returns

    1. Visit our dedicated returns site to complete your return: RETURN PORTAL
    2. You will receive an email confirmation from us that will include your packing slip
    3. Please print this slip and include it inside of your package.
    4. Please use the carrier of your choice and ship to:

    Once delivered, your return will be processed, and you will be refunded (this can take up to 7 business days) 

    We do not cover the cost of postage. Please hold on to your tracking number until you see the refund on your original method of payment. Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 5-7 days for your refund to be fully processed. (Due to COVID 19, we are seeing delays in shipping times so please note that the returns process will not begin until the shipment arrives at our warehouse)

    • POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier.
    • Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds are credited to the Paypal account.

      Canadian Returns

        If we have delivered the wrong item to you, we will provide a call tag. Please contact us before proceeding with the return.
