Ski coaches’ demands from protection differ from those of racers. Standing on the mountainside in all conditions for large parts of the day calls for warmth, weather protection and flexibility – all delivered in the Mentor Coat.
This fully waterproof coat features an adjustable and helmet-compatible hood, a zipped ski pass pocket on the left arm, and zipped seams on the sides of the coat, make skiing easy.
Shoulder zones reinforced with Cordura® give extra protection from damage while carrying skis and the coat features a radio hook and large pockets to carry vital items for a day’s training.
The hood features an adjustable wire brim in the peak, all zips feature large pullers with silicone so they’re easy to use with gloves on and Velcro adjusters on the cuffs ensure a close fit.
Fully Waterproof
Constructed using a 2-layer polyamide with a 10 000mm water column and treated with a fluorocarbon-free durable water repellent.
Large, brimmed hood
The large hood is helmet compatible and features a size adjuster easily operated by one hand. The brim features an adjustable wire.
Breathable
Highly breathable material with moisture vapour permeability of 10 000gsm/24hr
Storage
Large fleece lined, zipped pockets keep hands warm, while inner mesh pockets give great storage for goggles or spare gloves. A zipped ski pass pocket on the left arm makes it easy to use the lifts. A radio hook on the chest also features.

Zones of Cordura® across the shoulders improve durability and minimize damage from carrying skis.
Fleece-lined collar
The fleece-lined collar enhances comfort and warmth.
Glove-friendly
All zippers feature long, silicone-dipped pulls, so they are easy to operate while wearing gloves.
