Job Description

The Key Accounts Coordinator is a key position in providing best in class service to POC’s Key Account partners. The Key Account Coordinator will work closely with the Key Account Manager and Customer Service Manager to achieve POC’s sales goals by building strong meaningful relationships with our accounts, on time deliveries of orders, proactive communication on order status, coordinate and deliver marketing assets to our accounts. The Key Account Coordinator must have a sense of team spirit to support the Key Account department and the organization in achieving our company objectives. This person serves as an ambassador to the brand through the ability to confidently speak on POC’s mission, vision, the products we build along with an in-depth understanding of all product to guide end consumers into the correct product for their preferred sport. This position is located in Park City, Utah.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop strong relationships with all POC Key Accounts
    • Ownership in managing all Key Account orders promptly
    • Coordinate with POC’s Marketing department to deliver marketing material and assets to accounts
    • Assist IT department with onboarding new EDI accounts
    • Work with ERP system to create ‘product build sheets’ and disperse the information to accounts
    • Analyze sales data to support the Key Account department objectives
    • Consistent execution of perfect order processing, on time delivery and proactive communication of order status
    • Understand POC’s EDI connection and B2B site for proper document exchanges between POC and accounts
    • Works with the Key Accounts Manager and Customer Service Manager to exceed sales goals
    • Authorize returns and process warranty requests for Key Accounts as needed
    • Participates as part of the North American Customer Service department, driving positive collaboration across the organization locally and globally
    • Answer all inbound support needs from Key Accounts

Work Experience

    • Minimum of 2-4 years in customer service or account management with the ability to drive incredible customer service

      • Strong communication skills (verbal, visual and written) with quick and efficient response time to inquiries

      • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications with advanced Excel skills
