Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your products, but if you do need to return them, you have 60 days from the time of purchase to make a return. We do not cover the return shipping cost. Please note to receive a full refund, items must be in new condition, cannot be worn/used, all original tags must be attached to the product and product packaging must be in the same condition you received the product in. Our 60 day return window will be extended for the Holiday season. The return portal will be available from November 1st - January 31st.

IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ORDER THAT WAS INITIATED THROUGH ROUTE, USE YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER IN THE RETURN PORTAL

      1. Visit our dedicated returns site to complete your return: RETURN PORTAL
      2. You will receive an email confirmation from us that will include your packing slip and the return label. Please print both.
      3. Place the packing slip inside of your package and attach the return label to the outside of your package.
      4. Drop off your return order at the closest FedEx drop off location.
      5. Once your return is dropped off with the carrier, you will be refunded (please allow up to 14 days)

Please do not combine multiple RA's if you are sending multiple returns back. Each RA created needs to be shipped separately

  • Once your return is processed, you will be refunded (this can take up to 7 business day)

We do not cover the cost of postage. Please hold on to your tracking number until you see the refund on your original method of payment. Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 5-7 days for your refund to be fully processed.
